Managed IT (MSP)
Remote helpdesk, M365 administration, endpoint management via Intune, and proactive monitoring. Ideal for businesses with 5–100 users that don't have internal IT staff.
Managed Security (MSSP)
EDR via Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, email security, identity protection via Entra, and security baseline enforcement. Layered on top of managed IT or as a standalone engagement for businesses that already have IT coverage.
